Service Description
MomFit is a specialized workout class designed to help new moms rebuild their strength and safely return to sports and other physical activities after giving birth. This class focuses on exercises that target the core, back, and pelvic floor muscles to help restore stability and function. Incorporating higher-impact movements, means we build up the confidence through stages. Programs are designed in 4 week blocks and aim to build on previous weeks movements. It is more than a workout class, I want to create awareness on proper form and alignment to prevent injury and promote a safe and effective workout. Whether you are a new mom looking to regain your fitness level or simply want to strengthen your body, MomFit is the perfect class for you. let's work together to build strength and confidence!
