MOMMY AND ME CLASS
Our Mommy & Me’, workout class is designed to help new moms get back to movement while bonding with their little ones.
This class incorporates a mix of cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises that are safe and effective for postpartum bodies, provided you have recieve the ‘6 week’ all clear for movement from your Doctor. You can expect a fun and energetic atmosphere where you can interact with other moms and babies while getting a great workout.
Modifications for movements can be provided to meet you where you are on your journey, all fitness levels are welcome. Come join us for a fun and empowering workout experience!
