MomDay Mondays is a friendly, supportive space where you can enjoy a workout while fostering community with other amazing women and connect over a yummy-post - workout smoothie, in Hong Kong’s beautiful Soho House space. 

This class is baby-friendly, so you're encouraged to bring your little one along for the morning—you won’t have to choose between quality time with your bub or your movement goals. Focused on functional strength with a fusion of low-impact exercises, this session is perfect for those looking to feel the burn, get a little sweat on, and move safely with correct form.

Join us to energize your body, enjoy some social time, and set a positive tone for the week ahead—all while accommodating your busy mama life!

MOM STRONG:

Led by an expert in pre and postnatal exercise, MomStrong is a welcoming space for women at all stages of life—whether you're a new mother of 6 weeks, or a woman with 10 years of motherhood experience, everyone is invited.

This empowering class focuses on exploring strength training and its incredible benefits, improved posture, enhanced bone density, and better overall functional movement to mention a few.

Structured around 4-week blocks, each session is designed to help you build confidence with weight lifting and develop real strength while gaining a deeper understanding of your body. The class offers prenatal modifications, making it safe and accessible for women at different stages of pregnancy and postpartum.
