Service Description
It offers a supportive and motivating environment where you can rebuild strength, reconnect with your body, and have fun bonding with your little one. Designed to be judgment-free, this class encourages exploration of movement amidst the beautiful chaos of motherhood, helping you find joy and confidence in your body again. Ideal for mums and littles from 6 weeks postpartum up to 11 months (before bub is fully mobile for safety reasons), this workout combines floor-based exercises with babywearing movements. A baby carrier is recommended but not necessary — We can easily adapt the exercises to suit your comfort and your baby's needs. Join us to strengthen, stretch, and connect in a friendly, empowering space where you can nurture both yourself and your baby while embracing the journey of motherhood This class is lead by Instructors specialised in pre and postnatal exercise.
