Founder & Head Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist
Originally from South Africa, Ishka has spent the past 9 years in vibrant Hong Kong, where her passion for movement has flourished into a mission which is : Mummas Who Move, Wanting to use this platform to empower women through the incredible journey of exercise during and after childbirth.
With a deep understanding of how the body moves and a heartfelt commitment to nurturing that awareness in others, her approach is not just about fitness; it’s about creating a warm, supportive community where every woman feels nurtured and valued.
Believing that through shared experiences and encouragement, we can all embrace our bodies' remarkable potential, fostering confidence and resilience every step of the way.

Junior Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist
Ophelia, originally from Canada, is passionate about helping women thrive in their health and fitness journeys, particularly in pre and postnatal fitness. With a strong background in weight training, powerlifting, and swimming, she adopts a holistic approach that gently encourages growth.
Ophelia is dedicated to empowering you, acting as your cheerleader and supporting you every step of the way to achieve your goals.
