Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist
Originally from South Africa, I have spent the past seven years in vibrant Hong Kong, where my passion for movement has flourished into a mission which is : Mummas Who Move, I want to use this platform to empower women through the incredible journey of exercise during and after childbirth.
With a deep understanding of how the body moves and a heartfelt commitment to nurturing that awareness in others, I strive to help women realize their inner strength and capability. My approach is not just about fitness; it’s about creating a warm, supportive community where every woman feels nurtured and valued.
I believe that through shared experiences and encouragement, we can all embrace our bodies' remarkable potential, fostering confidence and resilience every step of the way.
