Mummas Who Move would like to end off 2025 in true MWM fashion, bringing the whole family together for a bit of fun, morning, movement in the park. We prioritize moving our body and setting an example for our kids to follow in, normalizing exercise! Stick around for the community side of things!

Families Who Move
Join us for a special end-of-year celebration with "Families Who Move," where Mummas Who Move can reflect on the year of movement together with all our amazing families. This inclusive event welcomes everyone, from babies to toddlers, and even those who are new to our community or have previously participated in Mummas Who Move workouts.
What you can Expect
A morning filled with community, connection and lots of fun movement! There will be some light snacks & refreshments, but please feel free to bring along a blanket for your littles and their own snacks if needed.
We will start @11am with a 20min - Family focused workout, please bring along a yoga mat/towel and wear something comfortable to move in, you may get sweaty so don’t forget that bottle of water!
After the workout, there will be some time to connect and say ‘hi’ to any familiar/new…
