Escape in the City✨
After the summer break, life ramps up fast — school runs, family schedules, and for many, heading back to work.
Escape in the City allows mums a rare, guilt-free two hours just for themselves.
Come as you are. Move your body, enjoy some quiet time, and create space to recharge, reset, and set intentions for the second half of the year.
We will have a stretch & release session lead by Ishka from MWM followed by a sound experience lead by Oil Soul Good.
No pressure, no perfection — just a chance to pause, breathe, and put yourself first before the busy routine fully takes over!
