WORKOUTS

Our Baby Weight workout class is designed to help new moms get back to movement while bonding with their little ones.

This class incorporates a mix of cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises that are safe and effective for postpartum bodies, provided you have recieve the ‘6 week’ all clear for movement from your Doctor. You can expect a fun and energetic atmosphere where you can interact with other moms and babies while getting a great workout.

Modifications for movements can be provided to meet you where you are on your journey,  all fitness levels are welcome. Come join us for a fun and empowering workout  experience!​

BABY & ME

This is the perfect class to help new mums regain confidence with movement post-baby. 

It offers a supportive and motivating environment where you can rebuild strength, reconnect with your body, and have fun bonding with your little one. Designed to be judgment-free, this class encourages exploration of movement amidst the beautiful chaos of motherhood, helping you find joy and confidence in your body again.

Ideal for mums and littles from 6 weeks postpartum up to 11 months (before bub is fully mobile for safety reasons), this workout combines floor-based exercises with babywearing movements. A baby carrier is recommended but not necessary — We can easily adapt the exercises to suit your comfort and your baby's needs.

Join us to strengthen, stretch, and connect in a friendly, empowering space where you can nurture both yourself and your baby while embracing the journey of motherhood This class is lead by Instructors specialised in pre and postnatal exercise.

CUDDLES & GROOVE

Bond with your little one through rhythm and movement in this joyful, fun-filled dance workout designed for parents and their babies. 

Cuddles & Groove is all about connecting with your baby while enjoying the benefits of moving your body — from working up a sweat to strengthening your core and lifting your mood.

Whether you're a mum or a dad, this class offers a playful, interactive way to engage with your baby through dance and movement, all while embracing the joy of music and rhythm. Babywearing allows you to stay close and secure, creating a special bonding experience as you groove together to lively beats.
